Shipping policy
All our products are shipped from the Netherlands to you using a secure, trackable shipping method. In the Netherlands and Belgium, we offer free premium shipping + Track & Trace. The shipping costs for other countries and regions can be found in the table below.
The processing of your order takes between 1–3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email. No shipments take place during weekends or public holidays.
UPDATE: Due to a high number of orders, our delivery times may differ by 1–3 days compared to our usual processing times. We appreciate your understanding during this busy period and are doing our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
