GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – UNMASK

2. Applicability

2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Unmask and to every distance agreement concluded between Unmask and consumers within the European Union via the webshop www.unmask.shop.

2.2 Before the distance agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is reasonably not possible, Unmask will indicate before the agreement is concluded how the general terms and conditions can be inspected and that they will be sent free of charge to the consumer upon request.

2.3 The following also apply to the agreement:

3. The offer

3.1 The offer from Unmask contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
3.2 Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on Unmask.
3.3 Each offer contains such information that it is clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are associated with the acceptance of the offer.

4. The agreement

4.1 The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the conditions set therein.
4.2 If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, Unmask will promptly confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer by electronic means.

5. Prices and payment

5.1 The prices stated with the products include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Payment must be made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process.
5.3 Unmask reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect agreements already concluded.

6. Delivery and execution

6.1 Unmask ships its products exclusively within the European Union.
6.2 Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.
6.3 Unmask aims to ship orders within 2–5 working days after confirmation, unless agreed otherwise.
6.4 If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be informed in a timely manner. In such a case, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement free of charge.

7. Retention of ownership

Ownership of delivered products will only transfer to the consumer after full payment of the amount due.

8. Complaints procedure

8.1 Complaints regarding the execution of the agreement must be submitted to Unmask within a reasonable period, fully and clearly described, via info@unmask.eu.
8.2 Complaints submitted to Unmask will be answered within 14 days. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, the consumer will receive a confirmation of receipt within 14 days and an indication of the period within which a solution can be expected.

9. Disputes and applicable law

9.1 Agreements between Unmask and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
9.2 All disputes arising from or related to the agreement will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

10. Additional provisions

Unmask reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. The most recent version can always be found at www.unmask.shop.

11. Use of AI-generated models

11.1 The models displayed on the Unmask website are generated using artificial intelligence (AI) and do not represent real persons.
11.2 These images are used solely for illustrative and visual presentation of the Unmask clothing collection.
11.3 Unmask strives to represent the products as realistically as possible but cannot guarantee that the impression created by the AI models fully corresponds to the appearance or fit of the actual product.
11.4 The consumer cannot derive any rights from the external characteristics of the models shown.
